Returns for Refund & Exchanges:
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Message us through our email at contact@308designs.com and let us know you would like to return or exchange. We will email you a return label to send us back your order with. We will refund your original order once we receive it. If you need a different size or style you can create a new order immediately or once you receive your refund. This allows us to keep documentation of returns and also allows us to ship the replacement bands as quickly as possible for exchanges.
